Bryan2024-07-13This company is first class. Unfortunately it’s hard to find companies that even answer the phone anymore, but Suzanne is a rock star and she was on top of this from the time I called. I lease a 120k sq ft warehouse with three different office/break room areas and I’m not sure the ducts had ever been cleaned. I called on Thursday and they came out for a quote within three hours and scheduled the cleaning for Saturday, two days later. Tony came out for the quote and the service. Luis came for the service and he and his crew had our system completely cleaned out within 9 hours. This is how a small business should be run and the type of service people should come to expect.
